We regret the loss of so many innocent citizens of your country that perished in the senseless incident related to the Malaysian Airlines flight 17. On behalf of all of us at the NEC, please allow us to extend our deepest sympathies to your country, and all the families affected, as they struggle through this period of shock and grief.

NEC Mission Statement
The National Economists Club encourages the exchange of ideas on economics, business, and policy through meetings featuring high-profile speakers. Members, mostly from around the nation's capital, hail from business, government, academe, nonprofits, and international organizations. Luncheons, receptions, and other events are also designed for socializing and networking. NEC is affiliated with the National Association for Business Economics, is nonpartisan, and takes no policy positions.

If you are a member of an affiliated group (NABE, SGE, etc) and wish to register, please contact the business manager at email@example.com and request the code for registration. If you are a current member, please log in first to get the member rate for the event. Remember to use the NEC MEMBER category under which to register and no CODE is required as a member if you use the NEC MEMBER category. You may pay via major credit card or if you prefer, by check and choose the 'manual' payment preference for check with the exception of the Annual Dinner.
TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
Log on in the box located at the top right corner of this page. Please use your email address and password. Try using the "Forgot Password" link if necessary. If you still have problems (remember to check your SPAM file for our password recovery email in case it goes there by mistake), email the Business Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you with this matter. Click "view profile" where you will see the 'renew' tab.
After logging in, if you membership says 'LAPSED', just click on "View Profile" and you will have the opportunity to renew at that time.
